How we work when measuring and recording

We believe that quality monitoring combines technique and attention. Petya Koicheva explains each step, observes aseptic technique, and verifies the results when in doubt. Records are kept clear and legible so that they are useful for both you and the treating physician. Home visits or outpatient clinic – you choose, and we provide peace of mind and order.
  • Initial assessment: brief medical history, purpose of observation, risk factors.
  • Measurement: blood pressure according to protocol, pulse and rhythm, body temperature, SpO₂ with pulse oximeter, respiratory rate, blood sugar if prescribed; weight and BMI if necessary.
  • Registration: correct entry in an electronic/paper logbook, preparation of a summary for a series of measurements.
  • Guidelines at home: when and how to measure, how to prepare, which values are warning signs, and when to contact us.
  • Follow-up: schedule for check-ups, comparison of trends and, in case of deviations, quick response and referral.
